we will make a documentation, which means we will come and make pictures and get as much information as we can. this includes especially the land title documents. the documentation will be available as downloadable PDF file on our website, unless you prefer not to communicate that you are selling your property.

we will discuss with you what the realistic market price will be and, based on the global economical and local situation, suggest a selling price which is attractive for a potential buyer as well as for you.

unlike most of our competitors we charge only 3% of the selling price as commission. this commission is paid by you as the seller. government taxes when changing the owner are usually shared by seller and buyer, but this is subject to individual agreement.
